Description
The façade is comprised of modern forms with culturally inspired elements including large spanning GRC sunshades and concrete canopies to shelter most elevations from direct sun. The lobbies feature narrow sightline steel profiles and vertical fins to add visual height to the volume of space. The glass curtain wall is a unitized design with high performance vision and spandrel glass with shadow boxes for a monolithic appearance. The façade features granite rain screen cladding that ties into the hardscape throughout the 500,000 square foot campus.
